Interested in working for Amazon credit cards? The Amazon Payment Products team is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead optimization of the marketing experience for both the Amazon Rewards Visa Card and the Amazon Store Card.
You will be responsible for building an annual testing roadmap, defining a series of creative tests to optimize conversion and deliver a customer obsessed experience. Tests may include creative variables (messaging, benefits, design, layout/templates) across the entire acquisition funnel - banners, landing pages, and the application. You will work with a cross-functional team of product marketers, designers, data scientists, machine learning product managers, and legal/bank partners.

The role requires creativity, as you will build, refine and execute customer focused messaging and advertising. You will define the right message, at the right time, to encourage customers to apply for a card. In parallel, you will pay special attention to regulatory and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for diving into the data and sharing the performance of your initiatives - course correcting and scaling to deliver results. Communication is important as you will share your results on an ongoing basis with leaders within Amazon and with our bank partners.
The ideal candidate will be a curious and detailed-oriented marketing manager who is excited by the challenge of defining and owning a testing roadmap, who can execute flawlessly, who has a bias for action/problem solving, and who is comfortable analyzing results, extracting learnings, and applying them to upcoming test plans. Key Responsibilities Include:
-Develop annual testing plan, sharing experiment and execution roadmap.
-Lead initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams – partner marketers, product managers, design, data science, legal, and bank partners – to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
-Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers
-Design A/B tests, execute flawlessly, and analyze results with an eye on continuous optimization.
-Communicate test results with key stakeholders and leaders.


Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
+4 year brand or consumer marketing experience.
+4 years of marketing experience in a digital environment.


-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share test results with stakeholders.
-Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.
-Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
