DESCRIPTION

The Seller Fulfillment Services team is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Tech with a strong strategic and analytical background to own the global vision for our Merchant Fulfillment Network selection growth and discovery initiatives. MFN Sellers use Amazon to list their products and provide their own pick, pack, and ship fulfillment services to the customer. You will play a critical role in enabling the business to provide our customers with new features and exciting options for getting their stuff fulfilled.

A successful candidate will identify new growth opportunities and strategies for MFN selection globally with stakeholders. They will own building and presenting the business cases to Senior Leadership to drive resource prioritization and resource requests. They will also own the ongoing performance metrics of the MFN business and work with global teams to identify and measure impact of overall MFN initiatives to drive roadmap prioritization. They will have an established background in product management, strong technical ability, strong analytical ability, outstanding communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic fast paced environment. This is a high-profile position with the opportunity to work with team’s across the globe.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
· 5+ years of experience in product management
· 5+ years of experience in financial performance and/or strategy
· Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for identifying and driving MFN growth strategies
· Cultivate product and operational excellence through metrics and continuous learning
· Use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure business performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
· 10+ years of experience in product management
· 5+ years of experience in financial performance and/or strategy
· Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for identifying and driving MFN growth strategies
· Present and articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
· Manage multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure business performance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, possessing high executive presence
· Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools.
· Experience in Logistics or Fulfillment industries
· MBA or MS degree
