The Consumer Services Distribution team works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings—including Prime, Amazon Music, Prime Video, Twitch, Audible, Alexa and more—to mobile operators and OEMs globally. We help third-party companies leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access and experiences for their customers across the globe. We are constantly looking for ways to expand and improve our service offerings and B2B tools, to invent and simplify our processes, and need enthusiastic marketing leads to help us drive results. The team is seeking a talented, motivated marketer or marketing program manager looking to dive deeper on marketing to help the team invent and simply across a multitude of global initiatives. Our ideal candidate has strong organizational management skills, is a great communicator, has a strong attention to detail, and experience managing multiple projects at one time. The candidate must have strong collaboration skills and be able to establish trust across internal teams to influence roadmaps, keep work flowing and on track, and drive adoption of new processes. The focus of this role will be on building scalable processes to tackle global painpoints and streamline delivery of global efforts and programs across the team. This role will be core to the team, helping everyone partner campaigns, leveraging global processes and programs.
As Marketing Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
· Streamlining GTM process and gates at a global level
· Owning, optimize and maintain global launch trackers
· Building and maintaining global lifecycle marketing activity tracker
· Owning and helping to optimize approvals process
· Program management of select key initiatives, inclusive of B2B events, and retail marketing
· Management of PO, invoicing and budget tracking for the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years experience in program or project management
· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Highly organized, can manage multiple sometimes competing priorities
· Highly proficient in Excel and PPT
· Can manage cross-functional team relationship including Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal
· Degree or experience in marketing (deep marketing experience not required but should understand the language)
· Undergraduate business, product management, marketing degree or similar
· Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience in developing scalable tools and processes
· Excellent written communications and business case writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· PMP Training or degree
· Experience as a central traffic manager
· Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience in developing scalable tools and processes
· Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus
