DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent leader allocated within revenue program management for the WW Account Management Insights & Performance Team. This is a fast growing and highly complex part of the WW Advertising organization, chartered with helping advertisers be successful marketers. We use business and customer insights, to increase advertiser revenue and to grow their business both on and off Amazon. This role will work closely with the Leadership Team in driving programs and initiatives to achieve revenue-based output goals across a 400+ person organization in multiple locales.

This person will impact a number of key programs related to revenue growth such as business reviews; goal setting, tracking and reporting; incentive programs and measurement. This person will also own and identify a number of new initiatives as needed by the business. These could include deep-dives on particular program areas, as well as new investment opportunities. Training programs, roadmaps for our team, and large scaled global initiatives may all be part of this remit. Most importantly, this role will need to own delivering these programs among a group of leaders within the IPT organization. This position requires a candidate to sit in either our Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago or New York office.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will need to:
· Assess Account Manager impact on revenue and business growth
· Think big about revenue-driving opportunities and see them through to implementation
· Be willing to "roll up sleeves" and operate with limited guidance and in ambiguous situations
· Wear multiple hats in owning programs that touch multiple teams
· Dive deep on metrics and be familiar with tools to access data; ability to partner with and influence BI teams as needed whilst being able to influence teams and stakeholders at a global level
· Be business savvy and have excellent customer service judgment with high commitment to customer success
· Build mechanisms to operate and audit programs across multiple locales
· Ramp and understand with WW Ads business quickly, as well as the needs of our customers




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Familiarity with more advanced skills in accessing/manipulating data (e.g. SQL, familiarity with Amazon data sources)
· Knowledge of account management, sales, and related services functions
· Experience working with remote, geographically-distributed teams, with senior leaders
· Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
· Decisive, confident, and experience with influencing others
· Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
