    My role involves helping improve the reliability of the Amazon DSP. I analyze data to find patterns of recurring software defects, so we can resolve those issues more effectively for customers.

    I’m pretty new to advertising, so I had a steep learning curve when I joined Amazon. I appreciate that everyone here has been so willing to help me understand processes and terminology. I also love how much information is available to employees at Amazon. You can explore, and learn about hundreds of topics you’re interested in. It’s a great way to progress your skills and knowledge.

    I help Amazon use its third-party seller ad-traffic data to support business reporting through mathematical and statistical modeling. I also develop and automate the reporting process using innovative business intelligence tools for advertiser adoption, campaign targeting, and optimization.

    Working at Amazon Ads, I’m always surprised by how we can find solutions to our customers’ business challenges so quickly. It really is a fast-paced work environment.
