Solving problems with data

Pathways is designed for candidates currently pursuing a master’s degree (or doctorate degree in some countries), or with a military background.

Pathways leaders achieve their goals while making a positive impact on millions of people around the world. We’re seeking problem solvers, innovators, and go-getters who are ready for roles that aren’t typical desk jobs. You’ll use data to make business decisions, while providing your teams with tools to succeed.

Bring your expertise and leadership skills, and we’ll give you the support you need to build your dream career.

Make a global impact

The Pathways program hires in the following geographic areas (based on business need):

• North America: Canada, Mexico, and the United States

• EMEA: Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom

• Asia: India and Japan

Note: Although there is a location specified on each of our roles, you may be stationed at any of our locations in your country of hire based on our business needs. Placements require flexibility, but we will take your location preferences into consideration.

Pathways career progression

  • Summer internship

Interns will be assigned to a site in our operations network. You’ll complete a project that exposes you to high-level leadership and complex project execution. Your internship will last 10 to 12 weeks. At the end, you can be considered to return as a full-time Pathways leader after you complete your graduate studies.

  • Pipeline to Pathways

You’ll work an extended rotation as an area manager. You’ll start as a level 5 employee, building the foundations of leadership required to transition into the Pathways program as a level 6.

This opportunity is available in the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

  • Operations Manager

After an initial Area Manager experience, you’ll lead teams of 300 to 500 members, or a new site or business type. You’ll improve the efficiency of the operations processes, supported by our engineering and tech teams.

  • Senior Operations Manager

You’ll move on to become an operations leader, using your analytical skills and operational and leadership experience. You’ll execute initiatives in supply chain and transportation and logistics.

  • Graduation

As you complete the Pathways program and promote into roles such as Director or General Manager, you’ll be recognized for your leadership and operational excellence. You’ll use your knowledge to lead a new team, project, business, or site.
