We serve customers throughout Europe through a rapidly-expanding virtual customer service team, as well as an on-site team in our brand-new Gdansk premises supporting local customers.

When joining our team, you’ll receive world-class training designed to help you deliver the support experience that our Amazon customers love. As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will be empowered to think like an owner and bring your unique personality to every customer conversation to prevent and solve problems for our customers.
