AWS software engineering managers are equal-parts solutions architect, project manager, and people manager. You’ll own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our software applications, systems, and tech projects. You’ll draw from a deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers, complete hands-on technical work, and provide leadership on complex technology issues. You’ll own building, managing, and developing diverse, inclusive teams teams that can deliver innovative solutions that help our customers grow.
