Amazon’s Payment Acceptance & Customer Experience team builds products and technology enabling customers to pay for all goods and services on Amazon as well as enables payouts to Marketplace Sellers across the globe.
Amazon Payment Acceptance & Customer Experience team’s mission is to launch products and experiences for any customer that lives in a country to which Amazon ships enabling them shop on Amazon and pay, or get paid, the way they want to. We build payment products, launch local payment methods and beautiful customer experiences for everything from the Amazon app to Kindle to Amazon’s websites. We have a vast network of payments partners all over the world and support more than 30 local payment methods. Our organization is diverse in talent, and we take on wide range of challenges from helping assess and address root causes of customer frustrations, to building machine learning models that enhance the customer experience, to imagining new payments features and products for customers around the globe. We are looking for scientists, program and product managers, engineers, business developers, and ops professionals to join our team and innovate payments for Amazon’s customers across the world.
