The Global Media, Advertising, and Corporate Development Finance organization leads the finance function for some of the most dynamic and rapidly growing businesses within Amazon. We make up of Amazon Advertising, Prime Video, Amazon Studios, Amazon Music, Amazon Games, Corporate & Business Development and Insights, Planning and Analysis. Our mission is to help the businesses achieve their goals while ensuring we invest in programs that provide the best returns. We do this by working side by side with the businesses daily, helping them solve their most important challenges, through action-oriented analysis/reporting, and by driving value-add initiatives. The Advertising team continues to push the boundaries on the way companies advertise on Amazon. Our WW Advertising program consists of Performance Advertising, Display Advertising and Video Advertising segments. They create experiences that enhance the customer experience as well as achieve our advertisers' goals, building solutions for third-party advertisers that leverage Kindle devices, Mobile devices, Video, and Display Ads. We partner with sponsors and advertisers to create compelling interactive ads and branding experiences both locally and globally.

Prime Video - Prime Video offers thousands of movies and TV shows, including popular licensed and self-published content plus critically-acclaimed and award-winning Prime Originals like The Grand Tour, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and The Tick, Amazon Original Movies such as Academy Award-winning Manchester by the Sea, The Big Sick and The Salesman and kids series, Tumble Leaf, available for unlimited streaming as part of an Amazon Prime membership. Amazon Studios - Amazon Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series all premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, which is available in over 200 countries and territories. Corporate Development - The corporate development team is responsible for generating, managing, and executing Amazon's mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnership activities. Because of the rapid changes that come with launching emerging businesses, the makeup of Corporate Development will change more quickly over time than other businesses as we continue to expand and grow.

GMAC IPA (Insights, Planning and Analysis) - This team is the primary liaison between Corp FP&A and GMAC Finance teams, and is comprised of Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Intelligence, Balance Sheet/Working Capital and Goals, Photos Finance, Infrastructure, Diversity/Employee Engagement Programs, and Workplace Strategy teams.
