We own durable product categories, from household goods and musical instruments to camping and sporting goods, automotive, consumer electronics, toys and more. Our technical and business teams work together to create shopping experiences that help millions of customers find the items they need to live their lives.

Hardlines business teams are responsible for understanding and responding to the constantly evolving needs of shoppers by formulating innovative new experiences. We also develop our own private label brands, including Amazon Basics, Rivet, Stone and Beam, and Pinzon. Retail marketing professionals have the opportunity to define and improve both product and customer experiences.

Our technical teams obsess over customers, developing shopping experiences that scale to meet the needs of millions of shoppers, leveraging our massive product catalog and other data sets and services. Team members are encouraged to innovate individual technologies for specific product stories, or create streamlined shopping and purchase flows that highlight the specific attributes of particular Hardlines products.
