We work closely with our legal partners and the businesses to do many things…:

• Identify global labor law and practice obligations,
• Conduct risk and control assessments,
• Develop and implement mitigating controls,
• Inspect initial and ongoing process compliance, and
• Report compliance deviations and approved exceptions.

A critical part of supporting the business is having a collaborative team of individuals who are willing to dive deep, question the status quo, invent on behalf of their customers, and challenge their own assumptions. Our team is comprised of Risk and Compliance Managers, Industry Specialists, Program Managers, and more.
