The Packaging Innovation team delivers packing technologies and automation to enhance our customer experience, deliver labor and transportation costs saving – and as part of Climate Pledge, develop innovative materials to reduce our carbon footprint demonstrating Amazon’s commitment to sustainability. The Packaging Innovation organization leverages external industry experts and internal teams to develop simple and reliable technologies to achieve these important goals. We work upstream with vendors, sellers, and the Amazon Private Label - and downstream across our outbound packaging suites to drive best-in-class packaging for efficient fulfillment and waste reduction.
