Building strategic partnerships with every project.

At AWS, we make it a point to engage with customers in a way where we can develop deep and long-lasting relationships with them. This requires us to leave behind the traditional transactional elements of most platform partnerships and build real trust. As a member of our Professional Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we do this. Whether that’s delivering an engagement framework, technical proof of concept, or clarifying business objectives, you’ll act as a strategic advisor for our customers on their long-term digital cloud transformations.

To be a successful Practice Manager at AWS, you have to be able to obsess over the needs of our customers as well as the people on your team. Striking the right balance between the two is critical to building an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable practice.
