Come build the future with us.
At Robotics AI, our mission is to enable robots to interact safely, efficiently, and fluently with the clutter and uncertainty of real-world fulfillment centers at Amazon scale. We are developing AI solutions that enable robots to learn from their own experiences, from each other, and from people to build AI that feeds itself.
We hire and develop subject matter experts in AI with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, control, navigation, and planning. We target high-impact algorithmic unlocks in topics such as scene and activity understanding, simultaneous localization and mapping, closed-loop control, human preference and active learning that are of high-value to our current and future fulfillment networks. We also leverage expertise in software development, systems engineering, operations, program management, and collaborate with partners in WW Operations and other teams to succeed at our mission.
We offer a full range of benefits to regular, full-time employees and eligible family members. Specific benefit programs and providers vary across countries but typically include:
- Medical and risk insurance
- Time-away policies (including vacation, sick leave etc.)
- Access to discounts (Amazon & participating stores)
- A range of resources and services to support your wellbeing e.g. our Employee Assistance Program
- Business Travel Insurance
