Our team puts a high value on work-life balance. Most of our team works from our offices in Asti and Cagliari, Italy. People can work from home 2 days per week, but we’re flexible when people occasionally need to work from home for more time. We generally keep core in-office hours from 10am to 6pm. Some of us comes in earlier and others stay later.
Due to Covid-19 situation, the entire team currently works from home.
This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every two/three months. We don’t like getting paged in the middle of the night or on the weekend, so we work to ensure that our software is robust and reliable. When we do get paged, we work together to resolve the root cause so that we don’t get paged for the same issue twice.
