We are looking for a EU CF Finance Integration AManager (m/f) for our European Customer Fulfillment (EU CF) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The potential candidate will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast growing organization and in a very international environment. The position will be based in Luxembourg City.
Role will focus on focus on ensuring high quality, seamless process and systems integration of Finance function with Retail/Fulfilled by Amazon/Amazon Logistics/Supply Chain/Amazon Customer Excellence Systems /Global Real Estate & Facilities/Engineering/Procurement/HR and others, as well as inside our Finance organization. This calls for a seasoned business professional, as well as extensive practitioner in transactional and BI systems, mastering process specification, functionality, and master data management.



Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years experience within operations/supply chain analysis/ financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast paced metrics driven environment.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with quantitative analysis, and databases
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Fluent written and oral communication in English, further languages are a plus
• Power user level skills in recognized ERP platforms, with minimum 3 site launches
• Power user level skills in recognized BI and analytical toolkits, advanced computer literacy in integrated desktop reporting solutions
• Experience in management of small-sized teams

Preferred Qualifications:
• 7 years experience within operations/supply chain analysis/ financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast paced metrics driven environment
• MBA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA designation
• Experience in project management of transformation and standardization initiatives on PMO level
• 6 Sigma/Kaizen experience, preferably PMP certification
• Experience in management of mid-sized, international teams
• Advanced skills in accessing and using analytical tools, advanced computer literacy
• Excellent understanding of modern ERP and BI solutions, including Master Data Management
• Successful delivery of advanced transformation projects, supported by modern IT solutions, preferably recognized by global CIO100 award, or like
