Amazon provides supplemental private medical and dental insurance through PALIG for employees and their eligible family members, including mental health support.
Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance
Amazon through Palig offers a private life, accident and disability insurance for all permanent employees (including interns) at no cost to them.
Rethink - Parent Support Program
Amazon has Rethink Benefits, which is a program designed to help families with children who have learning, social, or behavioral challenges, autism, and other developmental disabilities, will help children build the skills they need to reach their fullest potential and provides families access to a variety of resources and support at no cost.
There is always health support in case you are sick or need a medical evaluation, available every day of the week.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program is available to employees and their direct families for work-related or private issues, mental health, legal or financial questions, family issues, child or elder care referrals and many other topics that are important to you.

This program is available for hourly employees only, who have been employed with Amazon at least one year. Career Choice has rigorously selected and approved in-demand fields of study based on a regional market assessment, and has determined the credentials and the skills required to land a job in a chosen field of study. The Career Choice program supports certificates or diplomas of up to 2 years in the following fields of study: Administration and Business Services, Technology and Mechanical/Industrial Systems.

Transportation at no Costs
Eligible for all employees since day 2-3. Amazon cares about their safety; we have a wide variety of free transportation routes in the Great Metropolitan Area (GAM) exclusive for our Amazonians.
A savings plan is available for employees via AsoAmazon, a third-party administered employee union. All permanent employees (excluding interns) are eligible to join AsoAmazon after they have passed their 3-month probation period.
Each employee will have a personal saving of 5% of their salary. Amazon will match the savings by adding an equal amount. Employees on AsoAmazon can also enjoy other benefits offered by them.
International Business Travel (Medical Benefits Abroad)
Amazon provides business travel insurance coverage to all employees through insurance companies. The insurance covers employees for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Amazon Extras is an employee discount program for a variety of goods and services, such as travel, tickets, cell phone services, restaurants, entertainment, sports, home, family, and more.
