The Search Experience organization is responsible for making it as easy as possible for shoppers to find what they are looking for as they conduct searches, filter results and navigate through our sites. Our work is inherently measureable, so we are able to calculate the impact of our enhancements and features in terms of customers, latency, clicks and revenue.
