Business – MBA and Advanced Degrees Full time Opportunities
Amazon’s MBA program exists to build a leadership pipeline for the organization. The global MBA program currently includes Canada, China, Costa Rica, Europe (France, Germany, Italy, LUX, Spain, UK, Poland, Czech Republic), India, Japan and the US. MBAs and Master’s level students at Amazon are given ownership of large areas of opportunity, and the autonomy to think strategically and make decisions that have a significant impact on our customers and our business. We have several full-time opportunities available for MBA candidates. Internships within each role last 11 to 12 weeks and provide students the opportunity to complete function-specific projects.

Retail Leadership Development Program (RLD): RLD is a three year leadership development program with the goal of providing MBAs a 5-7 year path to a Category Leadership role at Amazon. In this program, MBAs rotate through two different functional areas such as Vendor Management, Instock Management, and/or Retail Product Management within two distinct categories. This allows participants to complete RLD with an understanding of the key roles within retail and become effective general managers capable of leading large, complex organizations and solving large scale business challenges. Full-time and internship roles are available in the US (Seattle), Europe (UK, LUX, SP, FR, DE, IT), China and Japan.
Sr. Product Manager (PM):Senior Product Managers at Amazon invent new products and features on behalf of customers (merchants and consumers). PMs work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution, develop business models and marketing plans, define and analyze success metrics, manage strategic projects, and own the product end to end. PMs ultimately become general managers responsible for running large business segments and organizations. Examples of organizations where PMs may work include: Kindle, Seller Services (including Marketplace, Webstore, and Fulfillment by Amazon), Prime and Delivery Experience, and International Expansion. The full-time and internship role is available in the US (Seattle) only.
Pathways Operations Management (Ops): Pathways is a three year, field-based leadership development program with progressively challenging assignments in our fulfillment centers and customer service sites. Pathways hires start as Area Managers (leading 50-100 hourly associates) and subsequently become Operations Managers, where they lead other Area Managers. Graduation from the program includes a promotion to a Sr. Operations Manager. Full-time and internship roles are available in the US, Canada, EU (UK, FR, DE, PL, CZ, IT), Costa Rica, China, Japan and India.
Sr. Program Manager (PGM): Sr. Program Managers work across the organization to find solutions to complex problems within operations, supply chain and logistics, and are given responsibility on their first day to own those business challenges and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions. They drive efforts, both independently and as part of larger project teams, and have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business. Full-time and internship roles are available in the US (Seattle) only.
Sr. Financial Analyst (SFA): SFA is a three year leadership development program. Participants join Amazon as Senior Financial Analysts (SFAs) and are given significant responsibility from the start to drive both business and financial decisions. SFAs are expected to evaluate and quantify new business ideas, execute controllership and reporting for their businesses, and perform data-intensive analyses, all to drive meaningful change and improvement to the way we serve ourcustomers. The full-time role is available in the US (Seattle), EU (UK, LUX, SP, FR, DE, IT), China and Japan. The internship role is available in US (Seattle), China and Japan.
HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP): HRLDP is a three year leadership development program designed to prepare high potential MBA and Master’s level candidates for accelerated careers in HR. Participants in this high-profile program develop a broad set of skills and experiences within Human Resources through rotational assignments, program management, training and mentoring. Full-time roles are available in the US (Seattle), EU, China, Japan and India. The internship role is available in the US (Seattle) and China.
CloudPath Infrastructure Manager (CP): CloudPath is a three year program designed to prepare MBAs to become leaders within Amazon Web Services’ Infrastructure team. CloudPath participants have an opportunity to rotate through Amazon’s Supply Chain & Procurement, Data Center, or Engineering organizations. They will be expected to drive efforts, both independently and as part of larger teams, that will have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business. These rotations are specifically designed to test and develop a participant’s leadership and analytics capabilities. The full-time role starts in our Seattle office with the option to perform the second rotation at one of various locations across the US. The internship role is not currently available.
