Our Global Procurement Organization (GPO) works with internal partners and external suppliers to manage procurement for our fulfillment operations around the world.

Global Procurement Excellence
Our team creates, delivers, and maintains core procurement capabilities. We execute best-in-class S2P policies, processes, and digital solutions. We drive efficiency, control, and compliance. We provide a consistent experience that's focused on users and suppliers.
Site Procurement
We work with internal colleagues and external suppliers to provide procurement support. We sit at the center of site operations, working with local partners to deliver solutions for complex on-site projects.
Supplier Management
Our team looks at supplier criticality, risk, and value. We drive transparency and consistency, define strategies, and lead scoring and metrics to spur meaningful outcomes.
Category Management
We own relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. We lead sourcing activities to lower cost of ownership and make sure equipment and services meet business needs. We develop and negotiate framework agreements to reduce risk, and we support local teams on their category projects.
Supplier Diversity and Inclusion
Our team identifies, monitors, and promotes partnerships with Minority-Owned Small Businesses (MOSBs). We work to drive inclusion of MOSBs across our organization. We also work with MOSB advocacy groups to find qualified MOSBs.
Technology
We develop, integrate, and maintain tech solutions that help our organization meet its business goals. We create value through digital transformation with a focus on self-service solutions and automation.

If someone would have told that I would become a senior shipping supplies manager responsible for four countries, I never would have believed them.
