Automated Marketing

The worldwide Automated Marketing team builds and manages automated marketing programs at scale, determining how and where to most efficiently invest. We manage a wide range of different search engines and social media channels that customers use to get to Amazon. 

In addition to leveraging a variety of marketing opportunities and technologies, we are at the forefront of inventing new approaches to reaching and engaging customers. We do all of this with data that informs our work and helps us create world class experiences for customers. The Automated Marketing team owns a number of channels and programs that encourage customers to engage with Amazon, such as Email and Push marketing, Mobile App Growth, the Amazon Influencer Program, Amazon Assistant, the AmazonSmile charity program, and the Onsite Publishing Program.  The team is comprised of engineering, product management, business development, data and applied sciences, and marketing with teams located in Seattle, Bangalore, Vancouver and New York.
