“The first time I entered the warehouse I was totally fascinated and astounded by the fixation on safety. Right away, I felt quite at home. We’re in a warehouse, but the spaces are comfortable, and the automation of all the processes lightens the load.
You work hard. Changing shifts helps pass the time, and we often hold fun events for employees and their families. It’s a stimulating environment. My coworkers come from across the globe; different cultures mix and compare to one another.
I’ve become a manager of a small unit. The work is heavy but I gain much satisfaction, and it stimulates me every day.
