eCommerce Infrastructure Services

.

Join the team that makes Amazon happen, and develop for the developers.

At our core, eCommerce Infrastructure Services (eIS) is responsible for the framework upon which every Amazon business is built. As the primary liaison between AWS and Amazon Stores, we collaborate with a broad range of teams including colleagues in eCommerce, fulfillment, Prime Video, and advertising. Through the solutions we create, we’re enabling speedier innovation, simplifying operations, and supporting every Amazon builder as they aim to delight our customers.

Teams within eIS develop and vend core foundational technologies (including frameworks and services) that impact tens of thousands of engineers across Amazon and AWS, ensuring our businesses can rely on our components to speed their development. Data analysts use our technology to predict product demands; software development engineers depend on our team to innovate, build and upkeep the Amazon framework; and customers count on us to make their shopping experience both seamless and secure. In every detail of what we do, we’re making a positive impact.

Join us in one of the biggest business operations in the world, and you'll never be bored. Your skills will be put to the test every day, solving many complex problems while delivering on a diverse and global scale.
