Our global support teams – in Seattle, Dallas, Washington DC, Dublin, Cape Town, Beijing, Tokyo and Sydney - work with customers of all sizes and support all AWS technologies. We develop strong relationships with developers so we can not only help them with new or recurring issues, but act as the voice of the customer to our internal service teams, representing their interests as we invent new solutions.
