L'équipe Service Client a un objectif très clair : prévenir et résoudre les problèmes, et satisfaire nos clients. Notre équipe assiste les clients en 16 langues, depuis plus de 130 sites à travers le monde.
Chaque employé(e) du Service client a pour mission de prévenir et de résoudre les problèmes des clients, depuis l'élaboration et le développement de technologies de self-service, en passant par la mise en place et la gestion de produits et programmes, jusqu'à l'interaction directe avec les clients.
Les équipes technologies et produits du Service client élaborent des systèmes de gestion des relations clients de classe internationale et des solutions de self-service innovantes utilisées par des millions de clients chaque jour sur les sites et les applications de shopping Amazon ainsi que sur les nombreux appareils Amazon tels que Kindle et Amazon Echo.
L'équipe Service client est constamment en train d'innover pour placer la barre toujours plus haut en termes d'expérience client. Nous jouons un rôle crucial dans l'écoute des clients, et nous avons pour mission de faire remonter les problèmes en amont pour permettre à Amazon d'améliorer et d'offrir un service client de classe internationale.
